Series 10 minifigs

Series 10 minifigs by Brickset
Series 10 minifigs, a photo by Brickset on Flickr.

High res images of the Series 10 minifigures are starting to hit the web. This image was provided by Brickset.

There are a lot of interesting new accessories and headgear parts with this bunch of figures. And shown is the illusive Mr. Gold. There will only be 5,000 of these figures randomly inserted into the Series 10 bags... so let the hunting begin!

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? good

Nigel Tufnel would be proud that his "1 Louder" concept of the #11 setting was applied to something other than an amp.

This is a great example of how to shrink a mini modular to a micro modular. Now it's time to try and make a nano version!

Admiral Ackbar gets confused ...

this photo is a great play on words and the best use of the mermaid starfish I've seen.

The photograph work on this creation is amazing. I thought this was a real building at first glance.

Brutalism is one of my favourite styles of architecture and this latest building is based on Preston Bus Station which is sadly facing demolition.
This building has been difficult to construct, mainly due to getting the look of the curved balconies right

Finally having all the four LEGO TURTLES together, took me some time and nerves. The are not yet available in Germany and i had to bricklink a lot. When Donatello arrived the seller had put the wrong legs on him. Instead of bright green, he had the normal green legs from one of the other characters. Not too bad ´cause he is driving the van anyway ;) I was not sure if i would have enough new olive green parts after purchasing 79104 The Shellraiser Street Chase from a czech bricklink store and 70006 Cragger’s Command Ship, but as you can see it turned out fine. The interior is accessible through the detachable roof. All characters fit in there togehter with a good box supply of pizza. The opening door mechanism works just perfect after some trial and error testings. The stickers were hard to get since there is no good decal scan to find anywhere. But Photoshop is always a good help with that. All in all this is a model that was waiting on my wishlist for a long time and i´m really happy with the outcome and even more happy with the olive green. The normal green would have looked ugly. Nice that TLG sometimes gets a good amount of new elements into a new color lineup. COWABUNGA!
